BLOOD - SUBSTANCE - RIDEABILITY
'A Unique Full Thoroughbred Performance Stallion boasting World Class Modern Racing Bloodlines whilst possessing the sweetest character and un-rivalled rideability.'

Buffalo Soldier (Tino) is an exceptionally exciting stallion for British Breeders wishing to add quality blood into their mares without losing temperament or substance. Combining World Class Modern Thoroughbred bloodlines, Buffalo Soldier has proven his natural ability, being Dual Graded and Licensed with Anglo European Studbook & Breeders Elite. He is exceptionally brave under saddle being ‘unflappable’ in nature which he carries through to his classy jump technique.
Buffalo Soldier is proving himself as a 100% blood performance stallion, already making a statement on the British Showjumping circuit with multiple winnings and placings, qualifying for Regional Second Rounds on two separate occasions in less than 5 months of competing,
His stamp is exemplary, especially for a breed of traditionally finer types with plenty of bone and good, strong feet.
His 2022 crop graded well at British Futurity with his Thoroughbred filly achieving Premium Gold status and his other stock receiving High Silver Awards. For his 2023 crop, he was put to a wider variety of mares, all of which have been noted to inherit his desirable build, and more importantly his excellent temperament and trainability.
Buffalo Soldier is the ultimate choice of a blood stallion for mare owners as he is proven performer as well as attractively stamping his stock.

Buffalo Soldier

Buffalo Soldier currently resides with International Showjumper Michael Furesdonn in Essex, UK where he has been carefully and professionally produced under saddle since November 2022.
He began his BS career in February 2023 whilst regularly returning home to fulfil his stud duties throughout the year.
For 2024, he will continue to progress in BS as well as proving his versatility with plans to showcase him over Cross-Country fences as well as attending Stallion Parades.

"I began riding Buffalo Soldier (Tino) for his owner Hetty King towards the end of his 4th year.
Tino always has had a fantastic attitude to his work, always relaxed and a totally chilled character. The easiest 5 year old stallion to handle, and a very loving temperament.
We began building his balance and strength gradually so we have the basics in place to prepare for his jumping career.
Within this time he has been so trainable. After 2 months we were jumping courses and after 6 months, competing successfully around British Show jumping tracks of 90cm and 1m showing potential for more.

For a purebred Thoroughbred this is a huge achievement as he is designed and bred to be a flat racehorse, however, he has a natural bascule whilst jumping and always wants to be careful. His canter is rhythmical with natural length of stride and is becoming stronger and more adaptable.
With his ability, technique, blood but overall laid back demeanour he is an exciting prospect for any mare owner to consider.
We aim to keep producing him slowly, but I am positive that he will continue his career showjumping successfully."
